SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse begins a 10-game homestand when it welcomes Georgia Tech March 28-30. First pitches from Skytop Stadium are scheduled for 6 p.m., 3 p.m. and 10 a.m. All three games will broadcast on ACC Network Extra.

SERIES HISTORY:
Syracuse and Georgia Tech have played 16 times in program history. The Yellow Jackets hold an 11-5 advantage in the series. Georgia Tech plays Syracuse in Central New York for just the second time. The teams split a doubleheader on April 2, 2016. The Orange won the first game, 8-7, in 13 innings, while the Yellow Jackets took game two, 6-4, in eight innings. The 13-frame contest in 2016 is the second-longest game in program history.

ORANGE UPDATE:
- Syracuse lost the first two games at Boston College, 2-1 and 3-2, before its offense surged to a 10-1 victory in Sunday's contest.
- The Orange pitching staff has allowed three-or-fewer runs in 10 of the last 11 contests, posting a 1.48 ERA and holding opponents to a .197 average over the span.
- Senior Lindsey Hendrix earned her 27th career win on Sunday, tying her with Courtney Mosch for the ninth-most in program history.
- Senior Angel Jasso's six triples in 2024 is tied with Alicia Hansen (2018) for the single season record. Jasso's 10 career three-baggers are also tied with Hansen for fourth all-time.
- With her next stolen base, junior Taylor Posner will become the first Syracuse player to have at least 10 home runs and 10 stolen bases in the same season since 2012. Stephanie Watts (10 HR, 17 SB) and Lisaira Daniels (10 HR, 18 SB) both achieved the mark that year.
- Syracuse has a 15-8 record all-time in home openers. Since joining the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Orange have scored four-or-more runs in seven of the nine contests.
- Georgia Tech is 22-12 on the season and 8-4 in conference play. The Yellow Jackets' eight ACC victories is second to Virginia Tech's 9-0 mark. Georgia Tech has played nine true away games of its 34 contests, winning six of those matchups.
- The Yellow Jackets rank fourth in the country with 1.76 home runs per game and 60 longballs.
- Madison Dobbins (12), Mallorie Black (11) and Sara Beth Allen (10) lead the way in homers. Georgia Tech is the only ACC school to have multiple players with double digit home runs. Dobbins 43 RBI is good for fifth in the nation.
- Kinsey Norton paces the pitching staff with a 2.70 ERA in 46.2 innings. As a staff, Georgia Tech has posted a 4.28 ERA across 222.1 frames.
